A CHINESE YIXING 'BIRD AND FLOWER' VASE
QING DYNASTY
The baluster-shaped body surmounted by a waisted neck flaring at the rim, decorated with a pair of birds perching on a prunus branch amongst blossoms, the design contained between raised lappets and key fret, with an inscription to one side reading Shi Lin and a seal mark reading Lin, the base with a seal mark which reads Xiao Kunsheng, 26.7cm.
