A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE 'JUDGEMENT OF PARIS' BOWL
18TH CENTURY
The U-shaped body painted with two panels enclosing the shepherd prince offering the golden apple to one of the three naked goddesses before him, with blossoming branches dividing the scenes, the well with a further floral spray, with a spearhead band to the rim interior, all raised on a circular gently tapering foot, 26cm.
