A LARGE CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE MOONFLASK
C.1900
One side painted with a large roundel enclosing two seated ladies and five boys at play, with an Immortal holding a child and a lotus seated upon a qilin to the reverse, with many attendants carrying banners and lanterns around the mythical creature, the panels reserved on a robin's egg ground, 46.8cm.
Provenance: from an English private collection, Cornwall.
