A LARGE CHINESE STONEWARE FIGURE OF BODHIDHARMA
REPUBLIC PERIOD
Depicting Damo, he stands with his left hand held before his bony chest and his right hand at his side, his loose robes draped over one shoulder and decorated with a pale grey crackled glaze, with a bald dome on his head, his hair and beard detailed with fine curls, with two impressed marks to the interior, 45.5cm.
