A CHINESE IMPERIAL GREEN-ENAMELLED YELLOW-GROUND 'DRAGON AND PHOENIX' BOWL
SIX CHARACTER DAOGUANG MARK AND OF THE PERIOD 1821-50
The U-shaped body decorated with dragons in pursuit of sacred pearls and phoenix flying amidst stylised flames, with a medallion enclosing a shou character to the well, the base glazed white and with the reign mark in underglaze blue, 11.9cm.
