A PAIR OF CHINESE PINK GLAZED BOWLS
REPUBLIC PERIOD
Each with a U-shaped body rising from a short straight foot to an everted rim, the interiors and bases glazed turquoise, each with an iron-red six character Qianlong mark to the base, 12.6cm. (2)
Provenance: from the collection of Mrs Barbro Sonander, who acquired the bowls during the 1950s when she worked in the Swedish embassy in China.
