An Indian ceremonial silver mace, (Soonta),
unmarked, probably 19th century,
tapering form, with an elephant head finial, holding a foliate motif in its trunk, the body with swirling foliate scroll decoration on a matted background, terminating in a foliate motif, length 61cm.
