A set of eleven George II silver Hanoverian pattern dessert forks,

by Phillip Roker, London 1733,

three-pronged tines, the reverse of the terminals with a crest, approx. weight 8.9oz (11)

Provenance:

Purchased by the vendor's mother from How of Edinburgh Limited, 14 August 1946.

The crest is that of Trench family. Probably 1st Earl of Clancarty (1741-1805) when Baron Kilconnel (1797-1800).
