λAn early 19th century silver-mounted tortoiseshell lancet case,
unmarked, circa 1800-1820,
tapering rounded rectangular form, reeded borders, the cover with a crest and initials, the interior to fit four lancets, with two tortoiseshell lancets, one blade stamped 'Hunter', length 6.3cm.
