λA George III silver-mounted tortoiseshell lancet case,
unmarked, circa 1800,
tapering rounded rectangular form, the hinged cover with a later band and engraved initialled cartouche, the interior to fit four lancets, with three tortoiseshell lancets, length 7cm, plus another tortoiseshell lancet case, with a later band, the interior to fit two lancets, length 6.5cm. (2)
