A set of six silver regimental lobster picks, The 16th Queen's Lancers,
by the Harrison Brothers, Sheffield 1933,
engraved with the regimental badge, approx. weight 6oz. (6)
Provenance: a Private Collection of Regimental Silver.
In 1922 the 16th Queen's Lancers amalgamated with the 5th Royal Irish Lancers to form the 16th/5th Lancers, and in 1954 the regiment was redesignated the 16th/5th Queen's Royal Lancers.
