A late-Victorian silver and enamel Commemorative Royal pencil,
by S. Mordan and Co, circa 1900,
the finial with a heavy standing lion, the pull-off sheath enamelled with the Royal Standard and the Union Jack flags, the base with an engraved seal matrix of a bird, length extended 14cm, length closed 10.2cm, approx. weight 3.5oz.
