A William IV silver-gilt two handled cup/ wine cooler,

by The Barnards, London 1834,

campana form, with acanthus and foliate decoration on a matted background, reeded bifurcated scroll vine handle, with trailing leaves and grapes, rocaille border, on a raised circular rocaille foot on a square base, height 28.5cm, approx. weight 59oz.
