A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE BALUSTER 'CRANES' VASE
JIAJING 1522-66
The body painted with seven roundels within square panels, each enclosing two cranes with extended wings surrounded by ruyi clouds, the broad shoulder with a large band of floral sprays interspersed by cash motifs,
with a further band of lappets encircling the foot and a continuous scroll of ruyi clouds to the short heptagonal neck, 30.7cm.
