A PAIR OF CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE VASES AND COVERS
KANGXI 1662-1722
Decorated with alternate panels of flowers and riverscapes, between borders of cartouches containing leafy floral sprays, with ruyi cloud motifs encircling the feet, the cylindrical necks and the domed covers similarly painted with continuous scenes of landscape, 50cm (4)
Provenance: from a British private collection, formed 1970-2003; purchased from Christie's, London, on 4th March 1999, lot 383.
