A CHINESE PEBBLE JADE CALLIGRAPHIC SNUFF BOTTLE
18TH/19TH CENTURY
One side carved with a figure holding a staff attended by a small boy, all beneath a pine tree, the reverse with calligraphy raised in relief, a coral coloured stopper, 6.8cm overall.
Provenance: from an English private collection, Hertfordshire, purchased from Robert Kleiner & Co. Ltd.
