An Austrian model 1859 rifled percussion cavalry pistol, .54 calibre sighted barrel with four groove rifling, various control marks; lock complete with hammer safety lever, plate marked 863 (for 1863) and with Austrian military acceptance mark; three quarter stock with steel furniture, including butt cap with lanyard ring.
