A SPANISH BAROQUE CHESTNUT AND BRONZE MOUNTED VARGUENO
LATE 17TH / EARLY 18TH CENTURY
with strapwork mounts, the hinged fall revealing a giltwood interior, inlaid with polychrome decorated bone panels and stringing, with an arrangement of thirteen drawers and two cupboards, with further secret drawers, with side carrying handles and an elaborate lock, on a later carved trestle stand with an arcaded stretcher
