lobed baluster form, embossed with trailing vines, leaf capped scroll handle, domed hinged cover with a grape and vine finial, on a raised lobed circular foot, with a presentation inscription from the Officers of the Audit Dept., height 33.5cm, approx. weight 25.7oz.
