A matched pair of George II silver caryatid candlesticks,

by John Cafe, London 1750 and 1754,

the figural columns with one arm raised supporting the foliate capitals, with detachable drip pans, on raised shaped triangular bases with foliate decoration and scrolls, height 26.8cm, approx. weight 56oz. (2)
