A George III silver Argyle,
by Henry Chawner, London 1790,
tapering octagonal form, wooden scroll handle, the pull-off cover with an urn finial, the interior with a water compartment with a hinged cover, engraved with a crest, height 19.5cm, approx. weight 13oz.
The crest is that of Farquhar.
