Two late 18th century gold mourning rings, one tapered band with black and white enamel decoration (damaged) reading 'To the memory of', with mourning inscription to the interior dated 1797, maker's initial's 'WA' possibly for William Astley and rubbed hallmarks, size T, the other hinged ring with black and white enamel mourning inscription inscription dated 1796, with applied oval plaque with initials, London hallmarks for 1796 and maker's initials J.P possibly for John Pittar, size V (approx.)
