A blue spinel and sapphire brooch pendant, set with a cushion-shaped blue spinel, the foliate spray mount set with cushion-shaped sapphires in white gold, 6cm high
The spinel is a natural cobalt spinel with no indications of heat treatment as per verbal report from GCS.
