A collection of four 9 carat gold slider-action pencils,
comprising: one of swirl fluted cylindrical form, by Arthur Downing, Birmingham 1900, with a ring attachment, length 8cm, one by E. Baker, plain cylindrical form, ring attachment, length 5.2cm, plus another one of plain form, possibly by The Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Company, London 1903, with a ring attachment, and one by E Baker, Birmingham 1909, length 7cm, approx. total gross weight 41g.
