cylindrical form, pull-off cover with a tapering finial, inscribed ' From Major Ainslie To E. B Hutton May 1865', and '1865, Reading, Royal Dragoons Challenge Cup won by Major Ainslie's Remedy Ridden by E. B. Hutton, 7 Horses Ran', and 1865 Rugby, Sir H de Traffords Challenge Cup won by Major Ainslie's Remedy Ridden by E. B. Hutton, 5 Horses Ran', and engraved with a crest, on a spread circular foot, height 19cm, approx. weight 26.5oz.
