A large Meissen group, with Apollo as a personification of Commerce, seated on a sack inscribed 'E.B. 1794', while writing upon a panel tied to a pillar, behind him a cherub holds a sack of gold, crossed swords mark. A few minor repairs to extremities. 19th century, 28cm.
