ATTRIBUTED TO YUN SHOUPING
PEONIES
A pair of Chinese scroll paintings, ink and colour on silk, each inscribed and with signatures which read Yun Shouping and Zhengshu Shouping, both bearing two artist's seals and collectors' seals, 168cm x 40cm. (2)
Provenance: from a former Dutch diplomat and sinologist's private collection, who was stationed in Shanghai and Beijing between 1947-57, and thence by descent.
