A CHINESE IMPERIAL YELLOW-GROUND 'DRAGON' SAUCER DISH

SIX CHARACTER GUANGXU MARK AND OF THE PERIOD 1875-1908

Decorated to the centre with two incised dragons leaping towards a sacred pearl, one beast picked out in green, the other in aubergine, all within double circles, the underside incised with four cranes in flight, divided by wispy ruyi-clouds, together with a fitted box, 13.1cm. (2)
