A SMALL JAPANESE BRONZE OKIMONO OF AN ELEPHANT BY GENRYUSAI SEIYA
MEIJI PERIOD, 19TH CENTURY
The pachyderm standing four-square and with its trunk slightly raised, inscribed Seiya in hiragana under one foot; together with a modern model of a kabuto, the cast-iron miniature helmet with gilt maedate, 9.7cm and 26cm respectively. (2)
