An 1846 pattern Royal Naval officer's sword, etched blade with Tudor crown above fouled anchor, back numbered 6382, retailed by J. Friedeberg of Portsea; regulation gilt brass hilt with lion head pommel, mane extending along back strap, brass mounted leather scabbard.
