An Aesthetic Movement Martin Brothers stoneware vase by Robert Wallace Martin, shouldered form with cylindrical neck, incised with a band of stylised sunflowers to the shoulder and neck, glazed yellow, ochre and translucent white between geometric bands glazed buff, the lower body glazed dark blue, incised R W Martin Southall with indistinct date, smashed and repaired, 25cm. high
