the base signed with a four-character mark possibly reading Yanagawa Naomitsu with kao,
circular form, the from chased with fish and foliate decoration, with bamboo and a stylised border on a matted background, the underside with engraved decoration, diameter 8.8cm, approx. weight 3.8oz.
