marked Howard and Co., Sterling, 925 in a lozenge and another lozenge mark,

sprung candle holder with scroll motifs and mounted with a manner, the central supporting stem with a naive head and spiral baluster stem, on a shaped triangular base on three scroll feet, height 32cm, approx. weight 23oz.
