A late-Victorian silver presentation goblet,
by the Pairpoint Brothers, London 1898,
tapering circular bowl, engraved with a crest and motto and inscribed 'A True Friende's Guifte', on a stem modelled as three cast semi naked classical men, on a raised circular foot, inscribed 'E.B.S from M.H.A. 25 December 1898', height 15.5cm, approx. weight 8.5oz.
