An early Victorian novelty silver-gilt book vinaigrette,
by Charles Rawlings and William Summers, London 1837,
the front and back cover with engine-turned decoration, the interior with a hinged pierced and engraved foliate scroll grille, length 4cm, approx. weight 0.9oz.
