A Victorian novelty silver horn vinaigrette / scent bottle,
by Thomas Johnson, London 1873, retailed by Thornhill,
chased with birds and foliate scroll decoration, the hinged cover with an initial, with a pierced and engraved silver-gilt grille, the terminal with a screw-off mouthpiece, with a chain and ring attachment, length 11cm, approx. weight 2.3oz.
