Description
An early 19th century gold snuff box,
marks partially worn, probably French,
rounded rectangular form, with basket-weave decoration, the lip of the cover inscribed 'Donne par J.M.C. le 27, Obre, 1809', length 8cm, approx. weight 80g.
Provenance: A Private Collection.
