A pair of George II silver sauce boats,
maker's mark of IV crowned, unidentified, London 1738,
oval form, leaf capped scroll handles, wavy-edge border, engraved with an armorial within foliate mantling, on three hoof feet, length 21cm, approx. weight 23.7oz. (2)
The arms are that of Chichester or Raleigh impaling another, possibly Harris or Babb.
