Description
A Minton wall charger designed by William Wise, printed and painted to the well with a farmworker scything a meadow, the rim inscribed Moonpennies in the grass. Silver and Golden, Moonpennies in the Grass. Silver and Golden, No Flowers of June surpass Moonpennies in the Grass; From Mowers Scythe, alas ure not Withholden, to the rim with a band of white daisy flowers, in colours indistinct date mark impressed to reverse, 37.5cm. diam.
