A small 18th century silver inkstand,
unmarked,
rectangular form, fluted carrying handle, with a pen tray and with an inkwell, (with an old Sheffield plated cover), a taper stick and a sander with a pierced cover, on four bracket feet, the underside engraved 'GR' and 81/2, length 14.1cm, approx. weight 8.5oz.
