A four-piece cased Victorian silver-gilt christening set,
by George Adams, London 1863,
comprising: a cup with embossed scroll foliate decoration and four embossed children motifs, engraved initials to central cartouche, on four scroll feet, with a pierced Vine pattern knife, fork and spoon with engraved initials, in a later fitted case, retailed by Garrard and Co., total approx. weight 14.7oz.
