A lace agate, gold and enamel desk seal, Geneva or Turin, circa 1835, the lace agate handle of flattened pommel form with a further polished section below, mounted in gold applied with black enamel with floral scrollwork in reserve, the seal engraved with two coats of arms beneath a princely coronet, likely commemorating a marriage, measuring 6.7 x 2.1 x 1.8cm
