Description
A massive Berlin (K.P.M.) basket centrepiece, late 19th century, designed by Karl Friedrich Schinkel, of bol sein shape, formed as a deep reticulated bowl picked out in green and gilt, sitting in a shallow metal dish resting on three bisque and gilt sphinxes on a shaped base, printed marks, 38.8cm dia. (2)
