Description
A Vauxhall blue and white pickle dish, c.1755-58, formed as a deep leaf and painted with a figure fishing from a junk before low huts and trees, raised on three peg feet, a section broken and cleanly restuck, small filled rim chips, 9.9cm.
Provenance: the David and Jan Birley Collection.
