Description
A rare Longton Hall saucer or stand, c.1755, of hexafoil shape, moulded with six petals, the well painted in the Trembly Rose manner with a delicate spray of flowers including pink rose and honeysuckle, the rim with a border of flowerhead half mon and hatched panels in the famille rose palette, a puce flower spray to the underside, some wear, 11.2cm.
