Description

A Philip Christian (Liverpool) coffee pot and cover, c.1775-85, of baluster shape, painted in a muted polychrome palette with a large spray of flowers including tulip, rose and dahlia, the reverse with a similar spray, beneath a simple iron red border, the fluted spout moulded with foliate scrolls, raised on a flared foot, minor good restoration, 26.5cm.
