the brass eight day movement striking on a bell, the backplate stamped 'JBD' for Jean-Baptiste Delettrez, 'Wm ROSKELL & Co / LIVERPOOL' and '31343 16-2', with an enamelled dial with black Roman numerals and similarly inscribed, the case with a Sévres style porcelain flaming urn surmount and gilt metal flowerbud finials above further painted porcelain panels with gilt and rose pompadour borders, on a base cast with foliage and scrolling foliate panels, with pendulum
