PROBABLY BY W. CHARLES TOZER, EARLY 20TH CENTURY
polychrome decorated with Chinoiserie scenes of figures in landscapes with dragons and baskets of fruit, with three frieze drawers above a pair of glazed doors enclosing two glass shelves, on pierced bracket feet
