A Derby figure of Summer, c.1756-58, modelled as a young boy seated on a low stump and holding stems of corn and flowers, a sickle and further corn ears surround his feet, wearing a flowered jacket and a corn diadem, raised on a low scrolled base, a small amount of restoration to his fingers, 12cm.
