the brass drum eight day movement with an outside countwheel striking on a bell, the circular dial with an enamelled chapter ring with black Roman numerals, the centre with engine turned decoration, the case decorated with Apollo leaning on a plinth supporting his lyre, with swags, trophies and further classical decoration
